With close to 30 years’ experience in founding, managing and supporting tech start-ups, Deborah has an extensive knowledge in the art of starting and growing a business, building communities and business development.

Sofie Filt Læntver is a prominent figure in both the Danish and global games industry and serves as VP at Nordisk Games, where she leads innovation and business development. She has played a key role in building Nordisk Games' portfolio, which includes studios such as Avalanche Studios, Supermassive Games, and Star Stable. Sofie is actively involved in several boards, including Flashbulb Games, MercurySteam, Games Denmark, and Nimbi GameLab, Europe's first institute dedicated to supporting game development. Her work champions games as both a cultural and economic driving force. She previously served as Managing Director of Interactive Denmark, where she founded initiatives such as Copenhagen MatchUp and Game Developer Talks. With a Master's degree in Visual Culture and Innovation from the University of Copenhagen, Sofie combines academic insight with hands-on leadership in the games industry.

Bergur Løkke Rasmussen is a Danish politician from the governing party Moderates, with experience at both regional and European levels. At the age of 17, he joined the youth wing of the Liberal Party (Venstre) and was elected to the Regional Council of the Capital Region of Denmark in 2013. He was re-elected in 2021 and became a member of the European Parliament in 2022. Alongside his political career, he has studied International Business at Copenhagen Business School and serves as a reserve officer in the Danish Army. Bergur is also a passionate gamer, advocating for the regulation of gaming and e-sports, including protecting young people from loot boxes and promoting an inclusive gaming culture. At the same time, he aims to support the gaming industry by ensuring better frameworks and encouraging investments in innovative gaming projects that can strengthen the industry both economically and culturally.

Mathias Gredal Nørvig is the Chief Executive Officer of SYBO, the mobile games studio behind the hit game Subway Surfers. Originally joining the company as Managing Director in 2014, Nørvig was named CEO in 2017. He combines his management and consultant skills with philanthropic ambitions – with a passion for climate, water, energy, and nutrition.

Ata Bærentsen is a leading voice in sustainability with over 15 years of experience bridging business, sustainability, innovation, and law. As a board member, advisor, and entrepreneur, she has worked at the highest levels to embed sustainability into business strategy, governance, and compliance. In 2023, she co-founded Theo.ai, a platform designed to help businesses navigate the complexities of new EU ESG regulations using innovative technology. Her career spans roles in ESG strategy development and sustainability leadership, driving transformative initiatives across diverse industries.

David Simonarson is the CEO and co-founder of Smitten, a gamified dating app aimed at revolutionizing the industry and competing with giants like Tinder and Bumble. With over a decade of experience in building consumer apps, David has successfully led Smitten through multiple funding rounds and is known for his straightforward communication style and ability to understand people.

Niels A. Wetterberg is a seasoned entreprenuer, investor and the former director and founder of the game company Invisible Walls, which he established in 2017 and sold to Embracer in 2022. Currently he holds the role as Executive Director for Games Denmark, the first trade organisation in Denmark for game development. His dedication and innovative approach to the industry is reflected in several industry initiatives, including Copenhagen MatchUp, Copenhagen Gaming Week, TAGS, and Game Developer Talks. Niels has previously led the game and transmedia company Investigate North, where he explored the fascinating intersection of games and film. With an education from CBS and extensive experience across various creative industries, Niels brings a unique combination of business acumen, creativity, and industry expertise to everything he does. Niels is a board member at Vision Denmark & Chairman of the board at Cindercat Games as well as part of the IT University Copenhagen Employer Panel.
