In 2020, Claus was part of the investor group that included former Apple, Amazon, and Thomson Reuters executives. However, as the company’s growth and potential became undeniable, he made the leap from investor to in-house leadership, fully dedicating himself to scaling Wired Relations’ operations.

Claus Klein-Ipsen is an experienced board member, investor, and the Sales Director at Wired Relations. As an early investor in Wired Relations, Claus played a pivotal role in backing the founders’ growth ambitions before transitioning into an operational leadership role—giving him a rare dual perspective on startup scaling and differentiation.

With over 25 years of leadership experience in IT software and services, Claus has a proven track record of driving business growth, transforming sales teams, and scaling SaaS companies through strategic partnerships. Before joining Wired Relations, he held leadership positions at industry giants such as Thomson Reuters, Sopra Steria, and Strålfors.

Beyond his role at Wired Relations, Claus is an active investor and board member, deeply engaged in fostering innovation within the startup ecosystem. His expertise spans sales leadership, subscription business models, change management, and customer engagement—making him a trusted expert in navigating the intersection of compliance, technology, and growth.
